What will a cute teenage guy who smokes look like when he’s a full grown older adult?
Idk if it’s true, but I’ve heard when it comes to looks and cuteness, there’s a big difference between a male adult who never smoked as a teenager and a male adult who smoked a lot as a teenager.

They age a lot faster, bad lungs, coughing all the time etc. Yeah its bad.

If you’re talking STRICTLY looks, I’d say Fine!!
“Cuteness” is only a short stage in a Guys life. ALL Men Mature sooner or later and with Maturity ‘cuteness’ changes into Masculine ‘good looks’, Handsome is another word that comes to mind!
I live in California and I’ve SEEN Men & Women who look almost “TWICE” their age from SUN WORSHIPING, compared to Smokers. Just being out in the Sun too much can cause a ‘Leathery & Wrinkled’ Complexion!
You must remember ALL people are different as far as Aging goes. Some are like ‘fine’ wine and get BETTER with age. It a matter of ‘genes’. I know people who do not smoke and look OLDER than people who DO!
I’m NOT a smoker but, I do think the ‘aging’ thingy is far fetched and brought on/commercialized by People against smoking!

He will still have his looks:smoked over 30 years and look way younger and better then guys my age who never smoked
