What leg exercises will maintain or increase the size of my hips and butt?
I want to tone my legs, but I want to keep my hips and butt. Which exercises will maintain or enlarge them? Which exercises should I avoid?

Ten minute low incline hill walk every other day will increase a slow tone build, so this way you can maintain the size you want

SQUATS with heavy weights is the absolute best. Also, walking and/or running uphill or on the treadmill on an incline is great. The rowing machine in the gym really works your glutes and hips as well.

Do cardio regularly and do deep squatting which will induce your hip and butt muscles better and will make it thicker and more shappier as you would like it.
All the best

The best way to increase them while toning your legs, is gaining muscle mass. High weight, low rep exercises work the best.
3 sets of 8 squat
3 sets of 8 dead lift
4 sets of 12 lunges
3 sets of 8 hamstring machine
4 sets of 10 leg extensions
Its crucial that with each set, that you lift heavy enough weight so that the last rep in each set is difficult.
Try this workout for 6 weeks and you will see results. If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask.
