    Work them every other day.

Crunches, leg raises and leg lifts if you don’t have access to ab machine.

abbs are just like any other muscle work them out 2 days a week with hard exercises lig hanging leg raises, hanging knee ups, reverse crunches with wieght and buddy leg raises were they push your feet to the ground after you raise them. drink lots of water add a good diet and some intense cardio like interval training doing like 60 sec sprints 45 sec sprints 30 sec sprints 4 each with min breaks inbetween each sprint. do that 2 times a week. add that to whatever workout routine you do you will have a six pack in about 3-6 weeks depending on how much fat u have to lose.

To build them do per day:
    200 leg raises
    200 crunches
    200 oblique crunches
    200 reverse crunches
    10 minute sit ups

to get them harder you should start boxing as it requires a good core and you take a few knocks in the stomach causing your abs to get harder and more solid

if you want to burn the fat around your abs do cardio like-
    30 min run
    20 min walk
    5 min bike ride
    5 min swim
    5 punch bag
    5 min jump rope
these all burn shit loads of calories or you could just do the exercise which can burn up to 1000 calories ***
