When you lift things, don’t bend over. If you do then you are lifting with your back. Squat down, so you are using your legs.

Essentially you crouch and take hold of the object and then just stand up. You use your legs and not your back.

You bend your knees and ALWAYS keep your back at 90 degrees.

when u bend down to pick something up bend ur legs not ur back. And make sure not to tilt ur body to one side or the other to keep balance, the key is to keep ur back straight.

Hunch back posture is not caused by incorrect lifting.

It is probably an abnormal curvature, which can be genetic. It’s possible it could be caused by incorrect sitting, reclining posture, but probably not until you’ve been doing it wrong for 40 years or so.
