What are some good ways to rest my mind when taking study breaks?
I’m studying for a huge exam that covers 6 textbooks on some very difficult topics. I’ve found that after 40 to 45 minutes I can no longer focus and need to get away from it. What I’d like to do is work for 40 to 45 minutes then take a 10 minute break.
My question is, what should I do during the break so that when I come back I’ll be refreshed and ready to study some more? Also, is there anything I can do to improve my attention span?
